Cleaning a Microwave Oven

People don't keep a healthy way of life. Most of the time they consume junk food and eat all sorts of unhealthy stuff or unhealthy cooked stuff. Eating house cooked dishes is not always a factor of eating healthy. It takes a lot more than cooking and purchasing only healthy products. You have to pay attention to the cooking areas as well.

Dirty oven and microwave can be a factor that you don't eat healthy. Imagine all those build up grease stains on inside. Let's take the microwave for example, you cook and reheat all sorts of stuff and sometimes it happens that you forget to put the top on the meal and it spreads around the microwave. And this process repeats itself. Imagine all the different grease stains and the food leftovers on the sides.   1. Fill a bowl with water.
